Organization and Development
The exercise involves progressive numerical superiority, from 2v1 to 4v3. The exercise is divided into 3 consecutive phases.
1st phase: It begins with a player taking a 10 meter penalty. As soon as the ball reaches the goal the coach placed behind the goal gives a ball to the goalkeeper. He/she distributes the ball to players A and B. These attackers make an attack of 2v1 with defender being the player that took the 10 meter penalty.
2nd Phase: As soon as the 2v1 attack has ended the other goalkeeper receives a ball. He/she passes to players 3 and 4 who join with player 2 to create a 3v2 attack against players A and B.
3rd Phase: As soon as the 3v2 attack has ended the goalkeeper receives the ball and passes to players C and D. There is now a 4v3 attack (players A,B,C,D v 2,3,4).
Once the 4v3 has ended the game is restarted from the beginning with a 10 meter penalty and the 1st phase 2v1 situation.
