Progression	Using half court. Attackers are in two lines either side of halfway line. 2 defenders on 10m. 1 pivot that can move anywhere behind the byline. Goalkeeper throws the ball to one of the attackers and this player and the player at the front of the other line attack against the 2 defenders. They must pass to the pivot, who has 2 touches, before attempting to score. After each attack the two defenders join the attacking lines and the attackers become defenders. Key Points (Coaching Points): Cover the forward passes. Covering/Marking. Doubling. Marking when pivot is in possession.
Variations	Have two pivots. Attackers can’t play to pivot on 1st touch from gk’s throw. Don’t have to score from the pivot.
