Offensive and Defensive training in transition circumstances
Quick transition from attack to defence and vice versa, 1st defender puts immediate pressure, 2nd positions himself according to 1st defender, goalkeeper plays away from goal line, helps defence to counter attack, constant ball movement to get opponent out of position

3 player exercise, all are assigned a number. Ball in play by the goalkeeper, coach calls a number who becomes attacker, the other two position themselves in 2 separate defensive lines. Attacker tries to score by overcoming both opponents, if the goalkeeper saves the shot or if the ball is lost, the 2 defenders go against 1 towards the goal they started from.
