Exercise starts with ball possession 5v3 at half basketball court (14x15) with two players of yellow team waiting at other half.
Two touches ball possession until ball is lost. If defenders steal the ball they have to pass it to the other side, than all players move to play there with 5 yellow vs 3 green. If ball goes out, coach appoints new ball to the team who holds ball possession.
Change pitch dimensions.
When ball goes to the other side, first two-three passes have to be with only one touch.
