Shot Saving High and Low / Reflexes / Recovery to standing

3 player and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls and Cones
Player 2 will begin exercise by passing low to goalkeeper, the goalkeeper receives pass by moving from standing position into long barrier/block shot.
The goalkeeper returns the ball back to player 2.
Player 2 will hit first time shot (low) to opposite post.
Goalkeeper moves across goal to make save (dive or splits style).
As goalkeeper is recovering to standing position, player 3 passes to player 4.
Player 4 shoot first time (high), goalkeeper moves across goal and makes save.
Vary type of shot for each player.
Switch exercise to opposite side.
