Shot Saving With Splits (low shots) / Reflexes / Recovery to standing / Foot Movement

2 Players and 1 Goalkeeper
Balls and Cones
Goalkeeper weaves through cones.
Goalkeeper moves towards cone using 'small feet' movement.
Goalkeeper touches cone.
When goalkeeper touches cone, player 2 shoots low towards near post.
Goalkeeper saves shot with splits style save.
Goalkeeper recovers using scissor method.
Player 3 shoot (high) to opposite post.
Goalkeeper moves across goal to saves shot from player 3.
Vary foot movement through cones section of exercise.
Remove cone section of exercise - becomes intensive exercise.
Switch exercise to opposite side.
